        This picture is a "clip" of a picture of Mary (married as a Fowler), born abt. 1832
        in Illinois. It would have been taken before 1900, as she only had 4 children living
        in 1900. census,

        Martha Caroline Painter Edwards of Oklahoma Territory, John Douglas Painter of Barry
        County, Missouri, William Henry Painter and Benjamin Franklin Painter of Newton
        County, Missouri.

        Hannah Jane Painter Donaldson, remarried  after Hiram Donaldson's death, before her
        death between 1984 to 1900.
