I do, hereby appoint H L Montgomery Administrator of all and singular the goods and chattel rights and credits which were of the said Isaac Lee at the time of his death with full power and authority to secure and dispose of said property according to law and all money due said decease and in general t do and perform all other things which are or hereafter may be required of him by law. Upon the condition that whereas the said Frances Lee has been appointed by the Probate Court of Barry County, Curator of the Estate of Greenfield Lee a minor under the age of twenty one years – now if the said Frances Lee shall faithfully discharge her duties as said curator according to law then this bond to be void otherwise to remain in full force.
