Black Cemetery - Benton County, Missouri

Located in Sec 4, Township 38, Range 21, southernmost Benton County:  
From Hwy 65, go east on Rt AA 3.3 miles, then south on a dirt road 
1/2 mile to Mid-America Dairy sign.  Cemetery is fenced, behind the 
barn and cow lot. Many stones are unreadable and propped against stumps, 
and many graves marked only with rocks. Although no persons named Black 
are listed, it was called the Black Cemetery because the original 
property owners were the Black family, who intermarried with the 
Jenkins family, who intermarried with the Smiths.
