Cole Camp Courier, Oct. 15, 1903, pg. 1 Charles Gartner Charles Gartner died at the home of his daughter Mrs. Tisch, in Sedalia, on last Thursday at 3:30 o'clock a.m., aged 72 years. The immediate cause of his death was inflammation of the bladder. The remains were brought to this place on Friday morning and taken to the Indian Creek cemetery for interment. The deceased formerly resided in this county and has a large number of friends here, who are grieved to lose a friend, and extend sympathy to the bereaved children. He leaves surviving him, six children, four daughters and two sons, viz: Mrs. Katie Tisch residing in Sedalia, Mrs. Mary Haase, Mrs. Doraetta Keller, Mrs. Gusta Haase and Florence Gartner of this county and Fred Gartner of Otterville.
