Fleming, St. Joseph, Buchanan County, MO >From "History of Buchanan County, Missouri, Published 1881, St. Joseph Steam Printing Company, Printers, Binders, Etc., St. Joseph, Missouri. ********************************************************************** M. K. Fleming, freight agent, of the Kansas City, St. Joseph & Council Bluffs Railroad Co., is a native of Ohio, and was born in 1841. In 1861, he was married to Miss Mary Northup. Mr. Fleming was four years in the army, serving in four different Ohio and Indiana regiments. In 1871, he emigrated to Nebraska, and in 1875, was transferred to Miss- ouri, being all the time in the employ of railroads.
