Biographical Sketch of Patrick Farrell, St. Joseph, Buchanan County, MO >From "History of Buchanan County, Missouri, Published 1881, St. Joseph Steam Printing Company, Printers, Binders, Etc., St. Joseph, Missouri. ********************************************************************** Patrick Farrell, carpenter and builder, was born in County Meath, Ireland, where he was reared and educated. In 1848, he came to America, locating in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he resided a number of years. After spending some time in the southern states, in the fall of 1859, he became a resident of St. Joseph, where he has since been actively engaged in working at the carpenter trade. He married, in 1855, Miss Mary A. Lonergan.
