Biographical Sketch of George McKinnis, Rush Township, Buchanan County, MO

George McKinnis, was born October 16, 1848, in Jackson County, Ohio, 
and came to Missouri with his parents when about seven years of age.
They settled in Caldwell County, and remained there until 1854, when 
they came to this county, and George has made this his home since,
having been engaged in various occupations.  He assisted in organizing
and is one of the energetic men of this place.
