Endebrock, a native of Prussia, Germany, who came to America in 1844, locating in Cincinnati, where he learned the business of trunk making, working at his trade in that city for a number of years and then removed to St. Louis, Missouri, where he lived for ten years. In 1870, he came to St. Joseph and estab- lished his present business of manufacturing trunks, valises and satch- els, and his business is the largest of the kind in the Northwest, extending into the adjoining states and territories.
