Theodore Steinacker, County Surveyor, was born in St. Louis, Missouri,
in May, 1853, and came to this city in 1858.  Attended the Renesselaer
Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N. Y., in 1873, and received a finished
education in civil engineering and surveying, and in 1880 was elected
County Surveyor.  His superior qualifications and strict attention to
business of the county is a guarantee that the people's interests will
not be neglected.
