        The Tri-County News, Friday, July 8, 2005, page 32: Berniece A.  Huerta,
        60, St. Joseph, died July 2, 2005 at a local health care facility.

        She was born March 23, 1945 in St. Joseph and was  a  1963  graduate  of
        King City R-1 high school.

        She married Henry Huerta in 1965 in Kansas  Ctiy.  He  preceded  her  in
        death. She was also preceded in death  by  her  father,  Bernard  Dennis
        Fisher.

        Survivors include her mother, Ritia M. Fisher, two sisters, Mary E. Wahl
        and her husband, Karl of Aurora, CO. and Kathleen Lund  of  St.  Joseph;
        two brothers, Stephen M. Fisher and wife, Kay an Charles J.  Fisher  and
        wife, Linda, all of St. Joseph; numerous nieces and nephews.

        Mass of Christian Burial was held July 6 at St. Francis Xavier  Catholic
        Church in St. Joseph.  The  family  suggests  memorials  to  Kendallwood
        Hospice. The body was  cremated  under  the  directioin  of  Meierhoffer
        Funeral Home & Crematory.
