St. Joseph News-Press, 4 Oct 1937
Mrs. Sarah Catherine Tweed, eighty-one years old, a resident of Memorial Home,
died yesterday about noon at the home.  She was the widow of Alvin S. Tweed, who
died two years ago.  Mrs. Tweed was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian
Church and Dr. E. B. Whitcomb, the pastor, will conduct the services tomorrow at
the Heaton, BeGole & Bowman mortuary.  Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery.  Mrs.
Tweed is survived by two sisters, Mrs. O. J. Blandin, Easton, Colo., and Mrs. A.
A. Newman, Gallatin, Mo.
