A burial lot 16’ x 20’ enclosed by wire and cedar post 147’ SE of or from center of spring in the south half of Section 13, Township 25, Range 4E, where Mr. S. V. WILSON, his wife and 2 children were buried 38 years ago, provided, however they are to place a monument on said lot to the memory of the said WILSONs, and keep aforesaid lot well fenced from desecration of all kinds of stock and not permit any more burials on said lands or lot.
