Crook Esq touching his qualifications to practice law, and the said Cincinnatus B Crook Esq having produced to me satisfactory evidence of his good moral character Therefore by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I honor the said Cincinnatus B Crook Esq to practice as counsellor and attorney at-law and Solicitor in Chancery in all Courts in the State of Missouri Given under my hand at poplar Bluff in said Circuit - this 17th day of September 1853 - H Hough Be it remembered that Cincinnatus B Crook Esq personally appeared before the undersigned judge of the tenth judicial Circuit of the state of Missouri and made oath that he would support the constitution of the United States and the constitution of the state of Missouri and that he would faithfully demean himself in his practice as counsellor and attorney at law and Solicitor in Chancery to his best ability.
