David Eugene Spacek
David Eugene Spacek was born April 17, 1948 to Dana and  Leslie  Spacek  in
Poplar Bluff, Missouri. His hobbies were fishing , hunting, loved the river
and riding motorcycles. He served in the Army and was a Vietnam Veteran and
received a purple heart for valor.

David Spacek passed from this life April 21,  2006  at  the  Phelps  County
Regional Medical Center in Rolla, Missouri at the age of  58  years.  David
Spacek is survived by his significant other Christine Wesphal of the  home.
Christinea's children whom he loved as his own: Dana  Altman  of  Nebraska,
Westley Hurt of Kentucky and Charity Westphal of Nebraska.

His sister: Kathy Ledgerwood of Mt. View and his mother Dana Jo  Spacek  of
Mt. View. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends and other
relatives.

David Spacek is preceded in death by his father Leslie Spacek.  there  will
be a one day funeral service Tuesday, April 25, 2006  at  Teague  and  Sons
Funeral Home in Newburg, Missouri. Visiting Hours will be from 9:00  am  to
11: am. The funeral SErvice will start at 11:00 am.

All arrangements were made under the direction of Teague and  Sons  Funeral
Home in Newburg, Missouri.

This obituary is transcribed from the Rolla Daily News in Rolla Missouri, David 
is not a family member of mine. I have nothing more to add for genealogy 
research
