Will of John Walker of Cape Girardeau Co., Missouri 19th ---- 1828
In the name of God Amen-  I JOHN WALKER of the county of Cape Girardeau and
State of Missouri being of perfect mind and memory and reflecting on the
uncertanties of this mortal life do make and ordain this my last will and
testament in manner and form following: First I bequeath unto my Beloved
wife
ALIZEBETH my Eighty acres of land it ebing the plantation in which I now
live
also all my stock and household and kitchen furniture also my farming
utensils during herlife and at the death of my Beloved wife ELIZABETH my
Eighty acres of land I will unto my grandson HANRY HILL and my daughter
NANCY
equally to be divided by three disinterested persons in case they themselves
can't agree.  Also I give and bequeath unto my grandson HENRY HILL and my
daughter NANCY all the remains of my stock at the death of my beloved wife
Elizebeth equally divided between them also the remants of my household and
kitchen furniture.  Lasly I consider this my last will and testament
revoking
all other former wills and conf---ing this and no other in witness wereof I
have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 22 day of February 1828.
I leave my worthy friend JOHN HARRIS Executor of this my last Will and
Testament.

I do solemnly swear that JOHN WALKER now deceased did on the day within
written make his mark and did publish the within as his las will and

witness.
