Miles, Republican member MO House of Representatives from Carroll County, was born at Merom, IN, in Aug 1876. Educated in Merom public schools and the Union Christian College. He was married in 1903 at Onley, IL, to Miss Anna L. ENOCHS, and now resides at Hale, MO, where he is engaged as a merchant and in farming.
