Carroll County, Missouri Obituary - Dulaney, Charles E. d. xxx Source: Dulaney, Charles E. - Obit CHARLES DULANEY DIES; LACLEDE CARPENTER Charles E. Dulaney, Laclede carpenter and foreman at the former Henderson Produce in Laclede, died Friday at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Wadsworth, Kan. Funeral Services were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Laclede Methodist Church by the Rev. Elmer Fenton. Burial was in the Laclede Cemetery. Pallbearers were Walter Mossbarger, Leo Miller, Carl McDonnell, Paul Fogerson, Art Glover, and Paul Morrow. Mr. Dulaney was born May 25, 1894, at Hale, to Charles C. and Jessie Emma Thatcher Dulaney. He is survived by his wife, Frances, of the home in Laclede; a daughter, Mrs. Roger Martin, Kansas City; a son, Billy Lee Dulaney, Laclede; a brother, Bill Dulaney, Duck, West Virginia; and three sisters, Mrs. George Preston, Hutchison, Kan., Miss Lolita Dulaney, Los Angeles, and Mrs. Eugene Muck, Meadville; and seven grandchildren.
