Carroll County, Missouri Obituary - Dulaney, Frances Ileen d. about 1984 Source: Dulaney, Frances I. - Obit Mrs. Frances Ileen Dulaney died today at Brookfield Nursing Center. She was 84. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in the Laclede United Methodist Church, led by the Rev. Roger Davis. Burial will be in Laclede Cemetery. Mrs. Dulaney was born Oct. 23, 1900, at Bedford, to Nell and Lillie Bates. She was married to Charles Dulaney at Hale. Surviving are a son, Bill Dulaney, Meadville, and daughter, Eileen (Mrs. Roger) Martin, Oak Grove, seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, three brothers, Merle Bates, Lee Bates and Ernest Bates, two sisters, Myrtle Stanley and Oletha Bates. Mrs. Dulaney had spent most of her life in the Laclede community. She was a member of the Laclede United Methodist Church, Florence Chapter 124 of the Order of the Eastern Star, Brookfield; American Legion Auxiliary 109, Laclede. She was a graduate of Hale High School. The body is at the Laclede chapel of Wright Funeral Homes. No family visitation is planned.
