June 26?27, 1904 Source: Carrollton Democrat 1 July 1904 page 4 Rose, Alfred - Obit The Will of the late Alfred Rose was filed for Probate Wednesday. By terms of the will Chas. Rose, Oliver Rose and Albert P. Rose are to have no part of the estate whatever. The widow, Armilda Rose, is given all the property, both real and personal. At her death it is to be divided equally between Saml. G. Rose, Benj. J. Rose, Margaret A. Hall, Silas F. Rose, Becca F. Curtis, Alpha A. Rose, Rotte A. and to the child of Roette A. Rose (Orris L. Rose). The widow is named as executor without bond. The will bears date of 10 Dec 1893, and was witnessed by Herndon Ely and Dan'l Jones. Carrollton Democrat Carrollton, MO 1 July 1904 Alfred J. Rose, who lived near Mandeville, was found dead in his bed Sunday morning. Mr. Rose was more than 75 years of age and had been sick for some time but was thought to be better the night before his death.
