July 20, 1970 Source: Carrollton Daily Democrat Carrollton, MO 21 July 1970 Tuesday page 5 Wheeler, Eddie A. - Obit Eddie Wheeler Funeral Wednesday Eddie Anderson Wheeler, 84, died Monday morning at his home in Bogard. Son of Levi W. and Martha J. Long Wheeler. He was born on 11 October 1885 in MO. He attended schools in OK. He was married to Francis J. Wheeler on 22 October 1918. She preceded him in death on 25 January 1970. Surviving are three daughters: Opal Logan of Carrollton, MO; Alice King of Kansas City; Kathryn Cowick of Bogard, MO; three sons: James (Bud) Wheeler of Wisconsin; I. E. (Gene) Wheeler and Verney Wheeler both of Carrollton, MO; one brother Warren Perry Wheeler of Shelbina, MO and 31 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, three daughters, three brothers and three sisters. Eddie was a member of the I00F Lodge in Drumright, OK. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 1 pm at the Gibson Funeral Chapel in Carrollton. Rev.
