DEED: GIDEON HARRISON AND RHODA HARRISON TO WILLIAM ISON, 1846 Van Buren (Cass) County, Mo., Deed Book D, p. 158 Grantor: Gideon Harison and Rhoda Harrison Grantee: William Ison Date: _____ Jan. 1840 [sic] Wife's Acknowledgement: 22 Jan. 1846 Recorded: 4 June 1846 This Indenture made and entered into [blank space] of Jan. in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and forty between Gideon Harrison and Rhoda Harrison of the County of Van Buren and State of Missouri of the first part and William Ison of the County and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the Sum of Two Hundred and thirty Dollars good and lawful money of the united States of America to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the Said Gideon Harrison and Rhoda Harrison have bargained and Sold and by these present do grant bargain Sell alien and confirm unto the Said William Ison and his heirs and assigns all the lot or parcel of Land of the South East quarter of Section number Thirteen (13) in Township number forty five (45) of Range number thirty seven (37) containing Eighty (80) acres To Have and To Hold the above granted and bargained premises with all and Singular the rights privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appurtaining thereunto the Said William Ison his heirs and assigns forever and the Said William [sic] Harrison and Rhoda Harrison have hereunto Set their hands and affixed their Seals this day and year first above written.
