Witnesseth that said parties of the first part for and in consideration of One Dollar in hand paid and for other good and sufficient considerations have this day bargained, granted, and sold unto said Mahalia Withers all their right, title, interest and claim in and to the following described lands situate in the County of Cass aforesaid, to wit the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter and the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section number Twenty in Township No. Forty five of Range No. Thirty containing in all Eighty acres To have and to hold the same to said Mahaly and her heirs forever free from the adverse claim of all persons claiming as heirs of Morris Ison deceased. But it is expressly understood that said parties of the first part warrant to said Mahalia Withers the same title to said land which Morris Ison, deceased had thereto and no other or better right. Ison and Mary Taylor who are known to me to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the within deed as parties thereto and before me aknowledged the same, as their act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned. She the said Mary Taylor wife of said Garrett Tayler being by me first made acquainated with the contents of said deed and on an examination apart from - said husband acknowledged that she executed the same and relinquished her dower in the real estate therein mentioned freely and without compulsion or undue influence of her said husband.
