David Findley vs appeal from Justices Court James Findley and John Findley Now at this day comes the Plaintiff aforesaid by his attorney but the said defendants although solemnly called comes not but makes default. It is therefore considered by the Court here that the said Plaintiff ought to recover against the said defendant and because it is suggested and manifestly appears to the Court here that the said plaintiffs demand is liquidated and certain and that the same is founded on an instrument of writing purporting to be executed by the said defendant and that the said defendants are justly in debt to the said Plaintiff in the sum of thirty four Dollars fifty cents for his debt and also the sum of four Dollars and five cents for his damages.
