Know all men by these presents that we James Findley as principal and David Findley as security are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the sum of Five Hundred dollars for the payment of which will and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs, Executors and Administrators firmly by these presents, signed, Sealed and dated this 11th day of August A.D. 1845.
