Pyle of the County of Cedar and State of Missouri, party of the second part: Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of her gift for love to her son Dollars, to her paid by said party of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do, by these presents, Remise, Release, and forever Quit-Claim unto the said party of the second part, the following described lots, tracts or parcels of land, lying, being and situate in the County of Cedar and State of Missouri, to-wit: The South East qr. of the South East qr. and the South West qr. of the South West qr. and three acres off the South Side of the North West qr. of the South East qr. and three acres of the South Side of the North East qr. of the South East qr. in Section Eleven (11) in Township (33) Thirty three Range (26) Twenty Six and the South West qr. of the North East qr. and the South East qr. of the North East qr. and (30) thirty acres off the West side of the South West qr. of the South West qr. and (25) Twenty five acres off the South side of the North East qr. of the North East qr. in Section (12) Twelve Township (33) Thirty three of Range (26) Twenty Six containing (221) two Hundred and twenty one acres. To have and to hold the same, with all the rights, immunities, privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the said party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever, so that neither the said party of the first part, nor her heirs, nor any other person or persons, for her or in her name or behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises, or any part thereof, but they and every of them, shall, by these presents, be excluded and forever barred. In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first part has hereunto set her hand and seal the day and year first above written. Be it remembered, That on this day of Sept the 26 A.D. 1877, before the undersigned, a Justice of the peace within and for the County of Cedar and State of Missouri, personally came Mrs. Lucinda Pyle who is personally known to me to be the same person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument of writing as party thereto, and acknowledged the same to be her act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned. And the said Mrs. Lucinda being by me first made acquainted with the contents of said instrument, upon an examination separate and apart from __ husband, acknowledged that she executed the same, and relinquishes her dower in the Real Estate therein mentioned, freely and without fear, compulsion or undue influence of __ said husband.
