J. Pyle, Wm. W. Pyle, Theressa Montgomery, Salina Pyle & Martha B. Pyle & Emley Pyle, wife of Wm. W. Pyle of the County of Cedar, and State of Missouri, parties of the first part, and Mary C. O'Bryant, Mary F. Taylor, Martha A. O'Bryant, Wm. O'Bryant, Delila O'Bryant, Alice O'Bryant, Nancy O'Bryant, Geo. O'Bryant & Henry O'Bryant of the County of Cedar and State of Missouri, parties of the second part: Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and Forty Five Dollars, to them paid by said parties of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do, by these presents, Remise, Release, and forever Quit-Claim unto the said parties of the second part, the following described lots, tracts or parcels of land, lying, being and situate in the County of Cedar and State of Missouri, to-wit: The North East quarter of South west quarter of Section Twelve (12) Township Thirty three (33) Range Twenty Six (26), To have and to hold the same, with all the rights, immunities, privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the said parties of the second part, and their hairs and assigns forever, so that neither the said parties of the first part, nor their heirs, nor any other person or persons, for them or in their name or behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises, or any part thereof, but they and every of them, shall, by these presents, be excluded and forever barred. State of Missouri County of Cedar, SS. Be it Remembered, That on the Twenty Second day of September A.D. 1877 before the undersigned, a Justice of the Peace within and for the County of Cedar and State of Missouri, personally came Lucinda Pyle, Thos. J. Pyle, Wm. W. Pyle, Emley Pyle, Theressa Montgomery, Salina Pyle & Martha B. Pyle who are personally known to me to be the same persons whose names are subscribed to the foregoing instrument of writing as parties thereto, and acknowledged the same to be their act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned. And the said Emley Pyle being by me first made acquainted with the contents of the said instrument, upon an examination apart from her husband Wm. W. Pyle acknowledged that she executed the same, and relinquishes her dower to the Real Estate therein mentioned, freely, and without fear, compulsion or undue influence of her said husband.
