Know all Men by these Presents, That I Thomas J. Pyle of the County of Cedar, 
in the State of Missouri, have this day, for and in consideration of Seventeen 
Hundred Dollars to the said Thomas J. Pyle in hand paid by Theressa 
Montgomery, Martha B. Pyle & Salina Pyle, of the County of Cedar in the State 
of Missouri, Granted, Bargained and Sold, and by these presents do Grant, 
Bargain and Sell, unto the said Theressa Montgomery, Martha B. Pyle and 
Stalina (sic) Pyle the following described Tracts of Parcels of Land, situate 
in the County of Cedar, in the State of Missouri, that is to say: The South 
East qr. of the South East qr. and the South West qr. of the South East qr. 
and (3) three acres off of the south side of the North West qr. of the South 
East qr. and (3) three acres off of the South side of the North East qr. of 
the South East qr. in Section No. (11) Eleven and the South West qr. of the 
North East qr. and the South East qr. of the North East qr. and (30) Thirty 
Acres off the west side of the South West qr. of the South West qr. and (25) 
Twenty five acres off of the south side of the North East qr. of the North 
East qr. in Section No. (12) Twelve all in township No. (33) Thirty three 
Range No. (26) Twenty Six containing (221) Two Hundred and Twenty one acres To 
Have and To Hold the premises hereby conveyed with all the Rights, Privileges 
and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining unto the said 
Theressa Montgomery, Martha B. Pyle and Salina Pyle their heirs and assigns, 
forever, I the said Thomas J. Pyle hereby covenanting to and with the said 
[blank] their heirs and assigns, for himself, his heirs, executors and 
administrators, to Warrant and Defend the title to the premises hereby 
conveyed, against the claim of every person whatsoever.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, 
this 29 day of Sept 1877.

Be it Remembered, That Thomas J. Pyle, who is personally known to the 
undersigned, a Justice of the peace within and for said County, to be the 
person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing Deed as a party thereto, this 
day appeared before me and acknowledged that he executed and delivered the 
same as his voluntary act and deed, for the uses and purposes therein 
contained.
