P. Rowden and Kassa Rowden the wife of the said Johnathan K. P. Rowden and Susan Mcdaniel Formerly Susan Rowden of the County of Cedar in the State of Missouri for and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar to the said Johnathan K. P. Rowden and Susan Mcdaniel in hand paid by Adaline Swingle of the county of Cedar in the State of Missouri the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do by these presents release and forever quit claim unto the said Adaline Swingle and to her heirs and assigns the following described tract or parcel of land situated in the County of Cedar in the State of Missouri to wit, twelve acres of the South end of the NE qr. of the NE qr. of Section No. 26 Township No. 34 of Range No. 26. In witness whereof we have hereunto subscribed [the bottom of the page is cut off on this copy] . . . Rowden and Kassa his wife and Susan Mcdaniel who are personally known to the undersigned a justice of the peace within and for said County to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the within Deed as parties thereto this day appeared before me and acknowledged that they executed and delivered the same as their voluntary act and Deed for the uses and purposes therein contained, and the said Kassa being by me made acquainted with the contents of said Deed acknowledged on examination apart from her said husband that she executed the same and she relinquished her dower in the real estate therein mentioned freely and without compulsion or undue influence of her said husband.
