Aug 16, 1934 PROBATE COURT CHARITON COUNTY KEYTESVILLE, MISSOURI STATE IF MISSOURI, County of Chariton, This day personally appeared before me, the Judge and Ex-Officio Clerk of the Probate Court for the County of Chariton, the undersigned R. L Sanders who, being by me, duly sworn, upon his oath say that to the best of his knowledge and belief, the names of the heirs of John W. Sanders late of the County of Chariton aforesaid, deceasesd, and their places of residences, are respectively as follows: R. L. Sanders-----Triplett, MO J. W. Sanders, Jr.-----Mendon, MO Mrs. Lucy Woodward----Wichita, Kas. Mrs. Eunice Stewart-----Slaton, Tex. That the said deceased died on or about the 25th day of July 1934; and that said estate of said deceased does not exceed the sum of $300 Dollars in value, as this affiant is informed and believes; that to the best of his knowledge, the said deceased died without a will so far as he know and believe; and that he will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully administer all of the estate of the deceased, and pay the debts so far as present assets will extend and the law direct, and account for and pay all assets which shall come to ………….. possession or knowledge.
