Now at this day come the parties herin
by their respective Attornies, And this cause coming
 on to be heard upon petition, service and return of 
-?-, answers of defendant, and other proofs, it is by the

said  parties submitted to the Court. There upon the
witness were sworn and testified, and the agreements
of Council closed. And the Court having
duly, considered the case finds for the plaintiff as
in his petition stated. Thereupon it is considered and 
adjudged by the Court that the said plff have and recover
of and from the said deft Meigs J Morris, administrator
of the estate of Bushrod W. Lott, dec’d, and
sum of One Hundred Dollar for his debt, and
the further sum of seventy dollars and twenty five
cents for his damages by reason of the detention of
said debt, together with his costs and charges in
his behalf laid out and expended, and that he 
may have his special writ of execution therefore
to be levied and made of the following Real Estate
of the West Half of the South East Quarter of Section
Three, Township Sixty four Range Eight west, in
Clark County, Mipsouri.  It is further ordered,
adjudged and decreed by the Court that the said defendant
be and he hereby is, forever barred and
foreclosed of all equity of Redemption in and to the 
foresaid Mortgaged premises.  It is further ordered
by the Court that this judgment bear interest at the
rate of ten per cent per annum.
