Against						-  Appeal from
M.J Morris, Administrator in charge of		- Probate Court
Estate of Bushrod Lott, Dec’d	Deft		- 
						-

Now at this day come the parties
herein by their respective Attornies, and upon motion of
Plff the continuance heretofore had in this cause is
set aside.  And this cause coming on to be heard
by agreement of parties is considered and adjudged
by the Court that the said Plff have and
recover of and from the said defendant the sum of
One Hundred and Three Dollars for his debt and damages
together with his costs and charges in this behalf
-?- the Probate Court of this County, expended and
that he may have his execution therefore
	And it is further considered and adjudged by the Court

that the said Deft have and recover of and from
the said plaintiff his costs and charges in his behalf
in this Court laid out and expended and that he
may have his execution therefore. It is further ordered
by the Court that this judgment bear interest at
the rate of 6 percent per annum.
