John Cruse resigns as administrator of the estate of Isaac Odell
Clay County, Missouri

County of Clay SS.
	The State of Missouri to all person to whom these presents shall come, 
Greeting:  Know ye that whereas John Cruse late administrator of the Estate of 
Isaac Odell deceased did on the 21st day of December AD 1850 resign to the 
county Court Within and for the county of Clay aforesaid his letter of 
administration upon the Estate of Isaac Odell deceased aforesaid and whereas 
William Munkres having given bond with satisfactory security and complied with 
the requisition of the law, therefore and to the end that the property 
belonging to the estate of said deceased, remaining unadministered may be 
collected, preserved and disposed of according to law, we do hereby appoint 
William Munkres aforesaid Administrator De Bonis Non of all and singular the 
goods and chattels rights and credits which were of the said Isaac Odell 
deceased at the time of his death, remaining unadministered by John Cruse late 
administrator of the Estate of said deceased with full power and authority to 
secure and dispose of said property according to law and to collect all monies 
due said deceased and in general to do and perform all other things which are 
or hereafter may be required of him by law
			In testimony where of I Greenup Bird Clerk of the 
County Court within and for said County of Clay have hereunto subscribed my 
name and affixed the seal of said court at office the 21st day of December AD 
1850
