Isaac Brown, late Guardian of the person and estate, and Curator of the estate 
of John Cruse minor child of John Cruse deceased make this his fifth annual and 
final settlement with the Clay County Court in pursuance of the order of said 
Court at the February Term thereof continued to the fourth day of March A.D. 
1867.

D.R.				Fifth Annual & Final Settlement
Accountant charges himself with the sum of eight hundred
and sixty dollars & fifty five cents being amount
charged against him upon his last annual Settlement
made with this Court on April 5th 1864.			        $860.55
Accountant, further charges himself, with Interest on
above sum of $860.55 at rate of ten per cent per annum
from April 5th 1864 to March 5th 1867.  A period
of 2 years & eleven months making				$250.96
Accountant charges himself with $36.66 being 1/3 of
$110.00 rent received from Martin Wright, for 40 acres of		
land for year 1864.  the property of John, Samuel & Henry		
Cruse							         $36.66	
to Interest on said $36.66 at the rate of 10 per centum per
annum to date of settlement being two years			 $7.32
Accountant further charges himself with $43.33 1/3 principal
and $1.66 2/3 Interest at 10 per centum making in aggregate
$45.00 for rent of real estate to date of settlement being
1/3 of $130.00, exclusive of interest			       _______

Accountant claims a credit for the following disbursements
made out of estate of Ward as follows:

Accountant claims a credit for seven dollars and		             
fifty cents, for clothing purchased for ward			$7.50
Accountant claims a credit for $10.00 for ten days
service, necessarily engaged in attending to businesses
of Ward at $1.00 per diem					$10.00
Accountant claims a further credit of $60.00 for per
entum on amount which passed through his hands
@ 5 per centum						        $60.00
							        $86.00
