Adams, as Guardian and Curator of the person and estate of John Cruse, minor child of John Cruse deceased made in Clay County Court on the 6th day of April A.D. 1868 Dt. Jeremiah Q Adams as Guardian of the person and estate of his first settlement chares him- self with the sum of $431.11, being amount of Inventory, Dated on March 4th 1867 $431.11 To Interest on above amount at rate of ten per centum per annum, during the time the same was at Interest $33.11 Accountant further charges himself with the sum of $33.33 1/3, being one third of proceeds of rent of farm, the whole amount received being $100.00 $33.33 1/3 Debits $497.55 Ct. Accountant claims a credit for the following disbursements, made out of the assetts and property of said Ward By Cash paid Singleton & Groinmer voucher A. $5.00 “ “ “ E. D.
