Jeremiah Q. Adams, as Guardian and Curator of the Person and Estate of John 
Cruse, minor child of John Cruse dec’d makes this final Settlement, with the 
Clay County Court, on this June 6th AD. 1870.

				Final Settlement of Accountant
Accountant charges himself with amount due
Ward on last Settlement				$435.79

To Interest on same at rate of ten per cent per
Annum 2 years & 2 mos				$84.42
Amount received for railroad damages		$50.00
