D.R. Fifth Annual & Final Settlement Accountant charges himself with the sum of eight hundred and seventy dollars & twenty six cents being amount charged against him upon his last annual Settlement made with this Court on April 5th 1864. $875.26 Accountant, further charges himself, with Interest on above sum of $875.26 at rate of ten per cent per annum from April 5th 1864 to March 5th 1867. being 2 years & eleven months being $255.27 Accountant further charges himself with $36.66 being 1/3 of $110.00 rent received from Martin Wright for forty acres of land for the year 1864, the property of John, Samuel & Henry Cruse $36.66 to Interest on same at the rate of 10 per centum per annum to date of settlement being two years $7.32 Accountant further charges himself with $43.33 1/3 principal and $1.66 2/3 Interest at 10 per centum making in aggregate $45.00 for rent of real estate to date of settlement being third of $130.00, exclusive of interest to which ward is entitled $45.00 $1219.57 C.R. Accountant claims a credit for the following dis bursements made out of estate of said Ward as follows viz:-: By Cash paid Wm Brining voucher A. $3.50 “ “ “ Singleton & Groiner “ B. $5.00 Accountant claims a credit for seven dollars and fifty cents, for clothing purchased for said ward $7.50 Accountant claims a credit for ten dollars for ten days service, necessarily engaged in attending to business of estate @ $1.00 per diem $10.00 Accountant claims a further credit for $60.00 for services and percentages as Guardian on the amount of money which passed through his hands @ 5 per centum $60.00 $86.00 Amount of Debits $1219.57 “ “ Credits $ 86.00 Amount with which $1133.57 accountant is Chargable.
