Liberty Weekly Tribune January 7, 1848
All persons interested in teh estate of Isaac Odell, deceased, late of Clay 
county, are hereby notified that letters of administration on said estate, have 
been granted to the undersigned by the Clay county court, dated 7th day of 
December, 1847.  All persons having claims against said estate are required to 
exhibit them to me within one year from the date of said letters, or they may 
be precluded from any benefit of said estate, and if such claims be not 
exhibited within three years fromthe date of said letters they  will be forever
