Liberty Weekly Tribune April 30, 1869
Take Notice:  That I will make a final settlement as Guardian of the person and 
curator of the estate of Samuel S. Cruse, (late) minor child of John Cruse, 
deceased, in the Clay County Court, at the next succeeding May term of said 
Court (adjourned to the first Monday of June,) A. D., 1869, on the first day of 
said Term, (being June 7th of said year) or as soon thereafter as said 
settlement wll be heard by the Court.
