Jackson and Margaret Jackson his wife, formerly Margaret Cruze, widow of John Cruze deceased, Henry J. Wright and Sarah Wright, his wife, formerly Sarah Cruze, and Eli Jackson and Susannah Jackson his wife, formerly Cruze, Plaintiffs; against Absalom Cruze, Henry Cruze, Samuel J. Cruse, and John Cruze, minor children of John Cruze, deceased; I will, in pursuance of said order, between the hours of 9 A.M., and 5 P.M., of the 28th day of July, A.D. 1857, at the court house door; in the city of Liberty, and during the sitting of the Clay circuit court, sell to the highest bidder, at public auction, the following real estate, situate in Clay county, Mo., to wit: The west half of the south-east quarter of Section ten, township No. 51, in range No. 30, and the east half of the south-east quarter of same section, township and range. Ten percent of the purchase money cash in hand, and a credit of ---- months on the remainder of the same, the purchaser giving bond with approved security.
