Vs. } Partition James H. Bond, John W. Bond, Balam Bond, Hiram Bond, David Macy, and Lucinda Macy, his wife, Sarah C. Bond, minor child of Brantley T. Bond, deceased, and James H. bond, administrator of the estate of John Bond, deceased. By virtue of an order of the Circuit Court of Clay county in the State of Missouri, made at the April term thereof, A.D., 1866, and to me directed and delivered, I, James M. Jones, sheriff of Clay county, Missouri, will on Monday, the 22d day of October, A.D., 1866, between the hours of nine o’clock in the forenoon, and five o’clock in the afternoon of said day, and while the Clay circuit court is in session, sell at public auction to the highest bidder, at the court house door in the city of Liberty, in the county of Clay, in the State of Missouri, to-wit: The southwest quarter and the west half of the southeast quarter of section thirty-six (36,) township fifty-three (53,) range thirty-one (31,) containing in the aggregate two hundred and forty (240) acres.
