About 1 1/4 mi. from Sullivan between the eastbound lane of I-44 and the outer 
road.  There is a cement wall around it with the following inscription:
     in memory of his grandparents
     Francis Martin         1832 - 1916
     Sybil Clark Martin     1832 - 1898
