Kenneth Lee Cain Kenneth Lee Cain of Steelville, Missouri was born in Granite City, Illinois on Monday, August 12, 1946 to Orville L. and Pearl Sanders (Krueger) Cain and passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at the age of 69 years, 4 months and 15 days. Kenneth served our country honorably in the United States Army during the Vietnam War years of 1966-1967. He worked as a machinist for Steelville Manufacturing, and later for Industrial Wire Products of Sullivan, Missouri. He was a member of Straightway Baptist Church in Steelville, Missouri. He was a multi-talented musician playing the violin/fiddle as well as guitar. For 14 years he played the guitar with Howe Teague and the Ozark Travelors at Silver Dollar City. For 23 years he played the fiddle with the Meramec Country Music Show. He most recently spent time playing in the bluegrass group, "Little Bit of Heaven." He was preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Pearl Cain; and step-father, Arthur Krueger. Reverend William F. "Bill" Eickhorst Jr. Reverend William F. "Bill" Eickhorst Jr. of Holts Summit, Missouri was born on April 8, 1953 in Rolla, Missouri to William F. Eickhorst Sr. and Shirley (Sorrell) Eickhorst and passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at the age of 62 years. He married Carolyn Darlene Hance, on December 18, 1971 in St. James, Missouri. Bill grew up in St. James, Missouri and was a 1971 graduate of John F. Hodge High School. In high school he played football and ran track. In his earlier years, he was a volunteer fireman and police officer in Holts Summit and Cedar City. He later pastored at the Assembly of God Church in Linn. He was a pressman for the News Tribune for several years until he retired to pastor full time at the Assembly of God Church in Holts Summit. He also made many friends and acquaintances working at MFA until he retired in 2012 due to health reasons. He was a member of Calvary Assembly of God in Jefferson City, Missouri. He was involved in various ministries including Royal Rangers, adult Sunday school teacher, and involved with the bus and prison ministry. Bill wore many hats, including Santa's hat. It brought him great joy to bring joy to others. He was a talented craftsman and shared his talents with many. He was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Wilson and Ethelene Hance; one brother-in-law, Carl Watson; and two sisters-in-law, Aileen Stogsdill and Alice Dean. She married Larry G. Howdeshell on August 19, 1967 in St. Louis, Missouri and had two sons. Donna spent many hours going to their sons' school and athletic events. The family lived in Palatine, Illinois for a few years, and then relocated to Fenton, Missouri. Donna worked in the insurance industry, retiring from Clark-Lami- Hembree in 2010. She enjoyed gardening, yard work, reading, crocheting afghans, scarves and hats for her family. Donna became Catholic in 2012. Raymond married Kimberly French on October 13, 1984 at Carrollton, Missouri and to this union two sons were born. Raymond graduated from the Carrollton High School in 1982 and graduated from the Vo-Tech School in Marshall, Missouri in 1983. Raymond worked in Sullivan, Missouri at CEC Electrical Inc. for 20 years as an electrician. The last two and half years Raymond worked at Meramec Instrument Transformers Company (M.I.T) in Cuba, Missouri as a tester. Raymond started attending the Cuba United Methodist Church in 1993. He spent hours at church working on electrical wiring projects. Raymond was very active with Boy Scout Troop #463. He was the Charter Organization Rep of the Cub Scouts and Venture Scouts. He was also the Committee Member/Leader for the Boy Scouts. Raymond enjoyed cooking, adding different seasonings to food and in his younger years camping. Raymond spent his life helping others and was known by many for his story telling. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Hazel Kinder; and father-in-law, Earl Lloyd French. Mick married Linda Weber on December 2, 1994 in Bourbon, Missouri. Mick was a retired Machinist, having worked for Mullen Machine in St. Clair, Missouri and later Fleming Manufacturing in St. James, Missouri. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Injoy Christian Fellowship Church and served as the Church Clerk. She was united in marriage to Frank Crawford and after his death married Lloyd Sims. Zelda was a bookkeeper for Standard Oil for several years. Delmar Norman Snodgrass Delmar Norman Snodgrass of Vienna, Missouri was born August 12, 1927 in Vienna, Missouri to Chester "Ted" Norman and Ruby Ruth Copeland Snodgrass and passed away Thursday, December 24, 2015 at the age of 88 years, 4 months and 12 days. He married Anna Mae Bray on June 28, 1947 at Union Hill Baptist Church in Vienna, Missouri. He and his wife, Anna, bought a farm on the Gasconade River seven years after they married. They raised crops, beef cattle and hogs. He devoted his life to God and his family. He was ordained as a deacon at Terry Baptist Church in Vienna; he served as a deacon at Union Hill Baptist Church for 61 years. He was very active in the church, and he instilled strong moral values to his children; "keep your morals clean" was included in many discussions after church during Sunday dinners. He had a strong work ethic. His words, "Don't just stand there, do something even if it is wrong" were heard often as he taught his value of working to his kids. He is preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Ruby Snodgrass; and two daughters, Eletha Bastion and Irene Henderson. Sedric Paul Waguespack Sedric Paul Waguespack of Cook Station, Missouri was born on August 3, 1944 to Marcial and Marie Melancon Waguespack in Raceland, Louisiana and passed away on December 29, 2015 at the age of 71 years, 4 months and 26 days. He loved hunting and fishing, and he passed on his love of nature to his children and grandchildren. He spent a lot of time watching the deer in his backyard. Sporting events was another love of Sedric's hobbies. During his senior year of high school in 1963, he was first in the state for the mile run. He was also a New York Yankees fan and New Orleans Saints fan. Being from Louisiana, he loved cajun cooking, and he catered many events. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War; he received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Vietnam Campaign Medal.Following his military service, he worked as a meat cutter for 30 years in Salem and Steelville, Missouri. He was a life member of the Cuba VFW with 30 years of service; he, also, served as an officer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marcial and Marie Melancon Waguespack; two brothers, Curtis and Nolan Waguespack; three sisters, Dee Dee Chauvin and two infant sisters, Betty and Virlie Waguespack. For several years, she and her husband participated in tractor pulls; she won many trophies. She was a member of the Owensville Threshers; she was the secretary for 12 years.
