(Geesaman) Bogue Sr. and passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at the age of 82 years. Rich married Mildred S. "Millie" Kaufhold on June 20, 1958 in Cuba, Missouri. Rich worked in his younger years at Parkmore Gas Station and the shoe factory. He would then work the next 36 years for Missouri Department of Transportation as a grader/operator. He would eventually become and retire as the Maintenance Supervisor. Rich loved to hunt and fish with his buddies. Together, he and Millie enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening, woodworking and traveling to Texas to be snowbirds for the winter. He always enjoyed having friends and family over for fish fries. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo Richard and Alice Marie Bogue Sr.; wife, Mildred S. John Edward "Ed" Condon John Edward "Ed" Condon of Bourbon, Missouri was born October 15, 1931 to Lewis and Agnes (nee Williamson) Condon and passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021, at the age of 89 years. The Lord had graciously worked in Ed's life, having received Ed as a son through his faith. He and his wife, Sylvia, had resided in Bourbon, Missouri for nearly 25 years. Ed received a four-year degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri At Columbia, Missouri and served overseas in the Air Force in Japan. He married Sylvia Ann Troutt on June 12, 1960 at Temple Baptist Church in Sullivan, Missouri. They began their married life together in Kansas City, Missouri. Several years later, Ed and Sylvia moved to Ferguson, Missouri. Ed worked as a Claims Examiner for the Veteran's Administration. Many family vacations exploring the United States in a pop-up camper yielded memory after treasured memory. Ed was also a lifelong car and truck enthusiast, and enjoyed travelling to car shows during his retirement years, especially zealously towing his 1949 Ford F1 pickup, and participating in the shows. He invested countless hours performing the many tasks necessary for maintaining the farm to keep it a welcoming wilderness haven that he and Sylvia enjoyed sharing with so many. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Agnes Condon; and son, Paul Eliot. He honorably served his country in the United States Army for a short time, and then in the Civil Air Patrol for 11 years, where he completed the Chaplain Program and retired as a Major. Kenneth married Patricia L. Musgrove on June 21, 1958 in St. Louis, Missouri. Kenneth attended Bible College in 1981 and served in ministry ever since. He also worked in a factory in St. Louis, Missouri for 21 years, where he was a setup and lead person. Kenneth enjoyed playing guitar and singing, as well as doing some tinkering of his own. Sterling, Missouri on September 1, 1936 to Paul and Elsie (Schulte) Krueger and passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021 at the age of 84 years. He graduated from Owensville High School, Class of 1954, as the Senior Class President. As a young man, he worked for the Schaeperkoetter's General Store in Mt. Sterling, driving a feed truck to St. Louis, Missouri. He grew up on the Gasconade River, running trout lines and gigging fish with Coleman lanterns. One of Ivan's great joys in life was playing second base for the Bay Bears baseball team, with his brothers and cousins. Ivan married Lillian Heyer on November 5, 1955. For a short time, they lived in Mt. Sterling, before moving to Rolla, Missouri where he continued his employment with Tom's Distributing. Ivan began Krueger Sales, also known as "Tom's Snacks," and moved the business to Sullivan, Missouri in 1966. They shared a mutual love for music, and in the 1970's, they joined Ray Chapman, Kenny Palmer and Jim Tice and formed "The Templemen Quartet." In 1996 Ivan retired and turned over his legacy dream to his son Kelly and wife, Tammy. In 2011 Lil passed away and Ivan married Donita Garner in 2013. Ivan was dedicated to his church, Temple Baptist, as a deacon and choir member, his entire life. He was an avid sports fan watching the Blues and Cardinals. Golf was his passionate past time. Alice attended school at Most Pure Heart of Mary in Chamois until the fifth grade. In 1945 her family purchased a dairy farm in Rich Fountain and she finished the 10th grade at Sacred Heart Catholic School in Rich Fountain, Missouri. She attended classes at Linn R-II and obtained her GED on September 8, 1981. On February 19, 1955 she married Fredrick "Freddie" Nilges at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rich Fountain, Missouri. After finishing school, she worked for Tweedie's Shoe Factory in Jefferson City, Missouri. At age 18 she went to work in St. Louis doing housework for a family in Clayton, Missouri. She came back to Linn, Missouri in 1953 and was working at Green Gables Cafˇ. Alice worked at Nilges Motor Company and Linn Manufacturing and then became a homemaker. In 1964 she went to work at Peoples Mutual Insurance in Linn, Missouri for six years. In 1975 she went to work at the Commercial Cafˇ and Al's Cafˇ and was Linn's City Clerk for five years. She was also a cook at the Linn Nutrition Center and then worked in the cafeteria at Linn R-II School District until her retirement January 1, 1995. Alice was a member of St. George Catholic Church in Linn, Missouri. Alice enjoyed going to garage sales and bargain hunting, doing home improvements, taking care of plants and flowers and working outdoors in the summer. In her younger years, she was an avid bowler. Her favorite holiday was Christmas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rudolph and Gertrude Edwards; husband of 65 years, Freddie Nilges; three sisters, Sister Marie LaLande, Gladys Rudroff and Evelyn Fick; three brothers, Raymond, Ralph and Rudy Edwards; son-in-law, Rodney Hughes; and her faithful dog, Allie. Price Mercantile Company for over 25 years. She was a longtime member of the Cuba Free Will Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and helping take care of others in need. Barbara graduated from Bourbon High School in 1969. She accepted the Lord and attended Cross Roads Baptist Church during her early years. She later married Pete Sego. She worked different jobs through the years, but her most recent was Cracker Barrel in Sullivan, Missouri. She was a cashier and greeted those entering the store and restaurant. He and Wilma Kennedy were married in 1966. Chester was a graduate of Cuba High School in Cuba, Missouri. He was a veteran of WWII having entered the United States Navy in 1943 and honorably discharged in 1946. Chester worked with his father in the timber business up into the 1960's. He then started his own business as an exporter of wood veneers. Chester stayed busy working right up until his declining health forced him to retire. She married Michael Don Cash. Georgia loved the outdoors. She loved to go fishing for crappie at Reelfoot Lake and also enjoyed fishing at Lake Scioto in St. James, Missouri. Deer hunting was another favorite of Georgia's. She loved to be out early in the woods and enjoy nature. She always liked to be busy sewing, crafting and making Christmas stockings. Her kids and grandkids kept her busy with ball games being her favorite past time. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Hill; husband, Michael Cash; and son, Casey Cash. She is survived by her mother, Luetta Neal of St. James, Missouri; one daughter, Tyler (Cash) Wagnon and husband Tyler Wagnon of St. James, Missouri; one sister, Kimberly McAnally of St. James, Missouri; three granddaughters, Peighten, Cash and Hunter; other relatives and friends. James "Jim" Lee Vaughn James "Jim" Lee Vaughn of Steelville, Missouri was born Wednesday, December 2, 1942 in St. Louis, Missouri to Albert Lee and Anna Elizabeth Hutson Vaughn and passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at the age of 78 years, 1 month and 17 days. On February 11, 1966 in St. Louis, Missouri he married Joyce Driemeyer in the Bellefontaine Baptist Church. Jim was raised in St. Louis and attended the Nazarene Church where he made a profession of faith at an early age. After he and Joyce got married, he joined Bellefontaine Baptist Church. He attended Southern Illinois University for two years and in 1966 he enlisted in the U.S Air Force serving our country honorably. During his years in the St. Louis area, he was a produce buyer for A&P grocers, a Fireman, and later became one of the very first certified paramedics in the state. Jim and Joyce moved the family outside Steelville, Missouri in 1976. At that time, they joined First Baptist Church in Steelville, Missouri. Jim worked in real estate for a while, taught Science at the middle school and worked in the USGS office in Rolla for over 20 years before retirement. Jim served on the board of Soil and Water Conservation, was a member of the Ozark Trail Blazers, and served on the board of the Steelville Telephone Company. He loved the outdoors whether raising cattle, riding horses, hunting anything on the farm, or traveling to Colorado to Elk hunt with his buddies. His wishes were to be buried in a wood casket made by his brother, Dennis, and he will be. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Anna Elizabeth Vaughn; in-laws, Clarence and Bonnie Driemeyer; and brother-in-law, Jerry Emerson. Margarito Velezquez Margarito Velezquez of St. James, Missouri was born October 17, 1952 in Las Margaritas, Durango, Mexico to Jose Arcadio and Maria Barbara Navarro Velazquez and passed away on Wednesday January 20, 2021 at the age of 68 years. As a child, he worked from a very early age as a shepherd boy. He herded the family's farm animals and made his own toys. He was always a thinker and a strategic planner. He gave his life to the Lord when he was eight years old on an open field as he leaned his gaze to the sky. As a teenager he made it to the US and established himself in Chicago, Illinois. He worked hard and brought his entire family of seven brothers, three sisters, and parents to the U.S. He always had the love of his life included in his grandiose plan. When she finally made it to the U.S. as well, he one day offered her a ride home. They had been sweethearts since they were children and he was eager to make her his bride. They shared 46 years of marriage. He was preceded in death by his parents, Maria Barbara (Navarro) Velazquez and Jose Arcadio Velazquez. White Jr. Joseph M. White Jr. of Leasburg, Missouri was born on May 9, 1923 in St. Louis, Missouri to Joseph M. and Ida M. (Sutton) White Sr. and passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at the age of 97 years. Joe married Loretta Reiner on August 28, 1948 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in St. Louis, Missouri. Joe joined the Naval Reserves while he was still in high school at the age of 17. On December 17, 1940, he was called up for active duty and was sent to the Hawaiian Islands and was stationed on U.S.S. Schley. On December 7, 1941, Joe was on a weekend pass in Honolulu and he heard the bombing at Pearl Harbor. After serving five years, three months and 25 days in the United States Navy, Joe returned home and went to work for Terminal Railroad. He worked as a Switching Forman and retired after 17 years of service. In November 1970 Joe and Loretta would build and open the Coachlight Inn in Leasburg, Missouri. They operated the business for 17 years. After retiring, Joe enjoyed traveling, spending time with family, gardening and reading historical books. He was a member of Pearl Harbor Survivors, Russell Schmidt VFW Post No. 3987, Meramec Valley DAV Chapter No. 65 and Route 66 Eagles. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Ida White; one baby boy; wife, Loretta White; two sisters, Amelia Baltursitis and Margaret Richichi; one brother, Edward White; one granddaughter, Candice White; and one great grandson, Christian West.
