She married Frank J. Bindner on June 21, 1935 in Bourbon, Missouri. Rose grew up in Bourbon, Missouri and moved to St. Louis, Missouri after marrying Frank and worked as a receptionist for a chiropractic office. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; one great grandchild, Jesse Bindner; four sisters, Catherine Schroeder, Marie Davis, Helen Merkel and Frances Voss. She is survived by two sons, Ronald Bindner of Moscow Mills, Missouri and Robert Bindner of St. Peters, Missouri; five grand- children; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Marge Killian of Bourbon, Missouri and Pauline Harris of Sullivan, Missouri. Visitation was held from 10-11 a.m. with memorial service at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Bourbon, Missouri. Ella Maxine (Cole) Burns Ella Maxine (Cole) Burns was born at Montauk, Missouri on July 17, 1916 to Jasper and Effie Cole and passed away February 1, 2015 at the age of 98 years. She was active in her church. Her hobbies included quilting, fishing and her flower garden. She resided in her home until June 17, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Burns; her parents, Jasper and Effie Cole; two sisters, Lorene Johnston and Molly Tomson; and a brother, Sam Cole. She is survived by one sister, Irene Wilson of Salem, Missouri; seven children, June Hinson of Rolla, Missouri, Vida Burns of Licking, Missouri, Polly Jones of St. Clair, Missouri, Sue Jost of Bourbon, Missouri, Sandra Hoover of Columbia City, Indiana, Carl Burns of Union, Missouri and Ellen Smith of Ocala, Florida; 16 grandchildren; numerous great and great great grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Edna "Mae" Janus Edna "Mae" Janus, nee Turner, of St. Clair, Missouri was born on Monday, April 8, 1944 in Bixby, Missouri to Lumes and Marie (Abney) Turner and passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at the age of 70 years, 10 months and 4 days. Edna accepted the Lord at a young age at Hickory Grove Assembly of God Church in Bixby, Missouri. She married William Janus on July 1, 1961 in Steelville, Missouri and to this union three daughters were born. She worked for many years at Autumn Hill State School as a school bus monitor. She was a very hard worker. In her spare time, she liked doing word puzzles and playing Bingo. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lumes and Marie Turner; parents-in-law, William and Daphane Janus; and brother-in-law, Stanley Crocker. McCleary, Sr. of Sullivan, Missouri was born on August 21, 1943 to Robert and Verda (Morin) McCleary in Bourbon, Missouri and passed away Friday, February 13, 2015 at the age of 71 years. On June 18, 1961 he was united in marriage to Gloria Bolin and to this union four children were born. Kenneth was employed by the former Pea Ridge Mine for 10 years and over 20 years as a Mine Inspector for MSHA, traveling extensively in Minnesota, Nebraska, Louisiana, finally returning to Missouri. He then was employed by Fred Weber Construction as a Safety Specialist for about five years, retiring in 2010. Kenneth never met a stranger. He coached Kory League Baseball from 1966 to 1977. He was a 25-year member of the Masonic Lodge #69 A.F. and A.M. of Sullivan and a member of Temple Baptist Church. Kenneth enjoyed Cardinal Baseball, hunting, fishing and camping. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Verda McCleary; four brothers, James (Bunk) McClary, Leon McClary, Gene McCleary and Junior McCleary; one sister, Lorene Carter; and infant daughter, Marcia McCleary. He is survived by his wife, Gloria; one son, Kenneth N. Paul Duane Sanders Paul Duane Sanders, Jr. of St. Clair, Missouri was born in Sligo, Missouri on November 30, 1946 to Paul Duane Sr. and Betty Ann Sanders, nee Vaughn, and passed away Monday, February 9, 2015, at the age of 68 years, 2 months and 9 days. As a young man he was united in marriage and blessed to have three children. On August 9, 1986 he was united in marriage to Marsha Lynn Wright, nee Cockman, and their families were joined as one. Paul was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Sullivan, Missouri. He loved to sing and often lead the music for church services. It was after completing high school and college that Paul served his country during the Vietnam War, as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force, entering on November 17, 1970 and receiving his honorable discharge from active duty on November 15, 1974. After his discharge from the service he receiving his Master's Degree in Education from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. He was an industrial arts teacher at Troy High School. After about four years of teaching, Paul attained a job as the training supervisor for Ameren UE until he retired in 2012. After retiring, he started his own company, PDS Training Services, LLC and was still actively working. He was an outdoorsman enjoyed fishing, hunting and trapping. He was also talented at carpentry, building his own hunting blinds and out buildings on his property. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Sr. and Betty Sanders. Barbara Ann "Bobbie" Schonfield Barbara Ann "Bobbie" Schonfield, nee Bell, of Steelville, Missouri was born on Sunday, July 19, 1936 in Cherryville, Missouri to Lawrence and Nola Gladys Hughes Bell and passed away Friday, February 13, 2015 at the age of 78 years, 6 months and 25 days. Bobbie married Doy L. "Bus" Schonfield on September 22, 1954 in Steelville, Missouri and to this union four children were born. Bobbie was very talented in making floral arrangements, beaded jewelry and many crafts. She enjoyed gardening, painting pictures, singing, playing the piano, dulcimer, mandolin, guitar, banjo and also, sang in the Crawford County Community Choir many years ago. She organized their family reunions and did special things for her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Nola Bell; husband, Doy "Bus" Schonfield; son, Lewis "Joe" Schonfield; daughter, Edna Jean Schonfield; sisters, Beatrice (William) Kingsland, Juanna (Hurl) Carroll and Opal Bell; father-in-law, Albert Schonfield; mother-in-law, Edna A. He worked as a Boat Captain for transport boats for a few years and as a machinist. He enjoyed video games and working on his computer. Roger Don Snyder Roger Don Snyder of Steelville, Missouri was born on Sunday, September 15, 1940 in Pontiac, Michigan to George William and Alma Alice Simpson Snyder and passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at the age of 74 years, 4 months and 21 days. Roger attended school in Columbia City, Indiana and then entered the United States Navy where he served our country in the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged from Sasebo, Japan. He spoke fluent Japanese. Roger worked several different trades and retired as an industrial electrician. His hobbies were woodworking, reading, gardening, singing, whistling, playing the harmonica, farming and playing with his dog, Dixie. He liked to socialize at the cafˇ round table and truck stops. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Alma Snyder; son, Zack Snyder; brother, Freddie Snyder; and brother-in-law, Paul Braddock, Sr. He is survived by his sisters, Marilyn Braddock of Winona Lake, Indiana, Patricia (Jerry) Kaufman of Ft. Jerry attended schools in St. Louis, Camdenton and Fulton. In 2013 he retired from Indeeco in Cuba, Missouri. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed deer hunting and fishing.
