Bouse Sr. of Bourbon, Missouri was born September 19, 1947 in Anthonies Mill, Missouri to Carl and Rosetta (Dace) Bouse and passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at the age of 69 years. He attended school at Metcalf and High Ridge before graduating from Bourbon High School class of 1965. He went on to attend Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, graduating in 1969 with his Bachelor degree in Ag business. Charles married Betty Lloyd in June of 1967 and to this union, five children were born. After finishing college, the family moved back to Bourbon, Missouri where Charles taught school. In 1971 Charles was drafted into the US Army. The family relocated to Alaska for a brief time before returning to Missouri. The family made their home in Cuba, Missouri where Charles worked at Ridgetop Farms for the next 21 years. In 1995, they moved to their farm in Bourbon, Missouri. Charles was involved in his communities and churches. He was a past president and member of the Cuba School Board. He helped form the Crawford County Cattlemen's Association, serving as past president. Charles taught numerous Sunday School classes, was a Royal Ranger leader and 4-H leader. He held various positions of church leadership in the last 45 years. Most recently serving as Deacon at Sullivan First Assembly of God. Charles loved sports, horseback riding, hunting, fishing and most anything outdoors. He enjoyed hunting trips out west with his sons, brothers and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Rosetta Bouse; parents-in-law, John and Maxine Lloyd; and a sister-in-law, Annabelle Bouse. Daniel grew up in St. Louis, Missouri where he worked as a plumber for over 20 years. Al received his Bachelor of Science degree from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He then entered the United States Navy and served his country honorably, as a Lt. Commander during the Vietnam War. His chosen career and passion was in aviation. Over the years he served as a pilot for Winn Dixie, Allegiant Airlines, TWA and later retiring from American Airlines in 2015. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and playing golf. Charles worked various jobs over the years; however, he especially enjoyed working for Coys Moving Company and driving a tow truck. Charles loved many things. He loved riding his motorcycle, he loved NASCAR, watching Cardinals baseball and John Wayne westerns. Charles could often be heard singing "The Old Rugged Cross." Moll of Rosebud, Missouri was born on December 8, 1941 to Theodore Daniel and Agnes Frances (Ballmann) Moll in St. Louis, Missouri and passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at the age of 75 years. Jim, as he was known, was united in marriage to Sandra Perrigo on March 23, 1979 at St Francis de Sales Catholic Church in St. Louis, Missouri. He was employed in the construction business and was president and vice president for different construction companies. Jim also co-owned and operated Triad Construction Company in St. Louis, Missouri. He never met a stranger and was a lover of animals; including his mules and many dogs and cats. Jim had polio as a child and went to live in the country with his Uncle Herbie and Aunt Sette Kettler. They made quite an impression on him and instilled a great love of the country. He would eventually make his home in rural Cuba, Missouri where he and several others helped build his dream cabin. After making many weekend trips there he and Sandy retired to the farm where Jim enjoyed working on the place, riding his tractor, gardening, canning, making preserves, wine and painting. Jim was a member of the Old Threshers Club and Holy Martyrs of Japan Catholic Church, where he was on the board. Winona could be described as a spunky person in all she did. Winona was not a big person in stature, but she attempted all her passions in life with fervor. She loved to play golf and to play cards. Charles Redburn was a union carpenter for many years, but his job he loved the most was the farm that he and his wife purchased in 1968, after his service to his country in the US Army Military Police. He loved to be on the farm to work the ground and raise cattle. Charles greatest love was serving the Lord. He led the music in the congregations he attended. He was never shy about professing his faith in song and extending the gospel through his word. He was a member of the Broadway Baptist Church where he was song leader for many years; and attended at Vichy Community Church and Macedonia Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Essie Nichols Redburn West; step-father, Pearlie West; and one brother, Glen T. West. He is survived by his wife, Louise Redburn of St. James, Missouri; three sons, Alan Redburn and wife Cindy of Cuba, Missouri, Carl Redburn and wife Marcinda of St. James, Missouri and Bub Redburn and wife Kelly of Fayetteville, Arkansas; two daughters, Kathy Spurling and husband Ken of Vichy, Missouri and Sandy Redburn Gorman of St. James, Missouri; two sisters, Elsie Moore of Bethal, Missouri and Maxine Ross of Alabama; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Smith of Leasburg, Missouri was born February 12, 1948 and passed away February 21, 2017 at the age of 69 years. He retired from Local 513. He was a business owner. Studdard of Bourbon, Missouri passed away Saturday, February 18, 2017 at the age of 70 years. Judy was raised at Anthonies Mill, Missouri, where she attended elementary school. She attended high school in Bourbon, Missouri and was valedictorian of her senior class. From 1963-1967, Judy attended the University of Missouri of Columbia, Missouri where she earned her Bachelor's degree in German Education with a minor in mathematics. While she worked at a variety of jobs, the majority of her career was spent in education. In 1970, she met Ray Studdard. The two were married June 4, 1971 at the First Baptist Church in Bourbon, Missouri. Judy was a lifelong learner and educator and was influential in the lives of hundreds of students. After her retirement, she continued to give back to the community through her work at Grace United Methodist Church of Sullivan. In her free time, she enjoyed crafting, quilting, and reading. Her favorite way to spend her time was in the company of friends and family, especially her grandsons. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Michael Kimberlin. She is survived by her husband, Ray Studdard of Bourbon, Missouri; one daughter, Kelli (Tom) McNeven of Rolla, Missouri; two grandchildren, Oliver and Graham McNeven of Rolla, Missouri; two brothers, R.D. Vada Marion Valley Vada Marion Valley of Bourbon, Missouri passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at the age of 72 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert E. Clarke and Alice L. Crockett Clarke; her husband, Melvin Valley; one daughter, Audrey Christine Valley; and two sons in infancy, Robert and Aaron. Wright Sr. formerly of Richmond, Missouri was born on July 18, 1930 in Steelville, Missouri to Lewy and Flossie Perkins Wright and passed away on February 23, 2017 at the age of 86 years. After growing up in Steelville, Missouri, John joined the United States Air Force in 1951 through 1955 and served during the Korean War achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. Following an honorable discharge, John joined the Missouri State Highway Patrol in 1955 and was posted to Lexington, Missouri where he served for three years. He moved to Richmond in 1958 and primarily worked the Ray County area. In 1966, John was appointed as the first Commander of the newly established Troop A, Zone 12 with responsibility for Ray and Carroll Counties. He retired from the Patrol in 1989 and served as a Deputy Sheriff and a member of the Richmond Police Board before moving to St. James in Phelps County near where he grew up. During his nearly five decades of living in Ray County, John was a member of the First Baptist Church of Richmond and the First Baptist Church of Henrietta. He was a member of the Richmond Masonic Lodge, Ararat Shrine Club, Richmond American Legion and Richmond VFW. He was preceded in death by one son, Clayton Todd; one sister, Gladine; and one brother, Calvin. He is survived by two sons, Dale K. Wright of Key Largo, Florida and John W. Wright Jr. and wife Karla of Katy, Texas; two granddaughters, Christie Wright Vial and husband Dr. Brian Vial of Houston, Texas and Erin Wright Fair and husband Mitchell Fair of Fulshear, Texas; brother, Edwin and wife Faye of Rogersville, Missouri; sister, Jane Clinton and husband Ed of St. James, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
