Chandler of St. James, Missouri was born June 16, 1941 in Crawford County, Missouri to Levi and Dorothy (nee Neff) Chandler and passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at the age of 74 years. Noel was united in marriage to Patricia Palmer on September 30, 1961 at St. Louis, Missouri and to this union two children were born. Noel retired from Boeing as a final assembler after 30+ years of dedicated service. Noel was a member of the Black Powder Gun Club and the Bee Keepers. He collected Indian artifacts for many years, made black powder horns and he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Noel was known as the garlic man. There would be fresh garlic in his lunch box each day and when he retired his cake had garlic drawn on top of it. Noel would put garlic in vinegar, eat the garlic, drink an ounce of vinegar and this kept the mosquitos away. He was preceded in death by his parents, Levi and Dorothy Chandler; and four siblings, Zelda Godby, Della Bourbon, Marvin Chandler and Lois Barbara. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Patricia Chandler of the home; one daughter, Regina and husband Peter Kucharczyk of St. Louis, Missouri; one son, Marcus and wife Danette Chandler of St. Charles, Missouri; two grandchildren, Trever and Skyler Chandler; sister, Geraldine Vallie of Farmington, Missouri; one brother, Joseph Chandler of Texas; other relatives and friends. Donald E. Delcour Donald E. Delcour of Sullivan, Missouri was born on November 18, 1938 to Asa and Beulah Brown Delcour in Sullivan, Missouri and passed away Sunday, March 6, 2016 at the age of 77 years. Don, as he was known, was employed by the former Meramec Mining Company until its closing and then by the Capitol Quarry on Highway FF in Sullivan, Missouri. He was a true cowboy who enjoyed farming the family land, riding horses, hunting and traveling out west. He was a lifetime member of the NRA, a member of Sullivan Saddle Club and American Quarter Horse Association. He loved John Wayne. He was preceded in death by his parents, Asa and Beulah Delcour; two brothers in infancy; and two brothers-in-law, Joe Sabesak and Stanley Kromray. Marcia Sue Breen Loveless Marcia Sue Breen Loveless of Potosi, Missouri, formerly of Bourbon, Missouri was born on February 17, 1955 to John Patrick and Myrl (Block) Breen in St. Louis, Missouri and passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the age of 61 years. She attended and graduated from Bourbon High School class of 1973. After high school Marcia enlisted and honorably served her country in the United States Air Force from 1973 to 1976 as an air traffic controller. Marcia was employed as a glassmaker for Ball Foster Glass Container in Pevely, Missouri. She also volunteered for Helping Hands and enjoyed crafting, flower arranging, all of nature, animals especially dogs. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Myrl Breen; twin grandsons, Travis David and Trevor Alan; one brother, Patrick Breen; and two sisters, Deborah and Jacquelyn Breen. Sanders Rev. Walter "Bud" E. Sanders of Steelville, Missouri was born November 16, 1925 in Steelville, Missouri to William "Sam" Milas and Iva Mae Goins Sanders and passed away Thursday, March 17, 2016 at the age of 90 years. On June 17, 1945 in Steelville, Missouri, Bud married Agnes Whalen. Bud had several different employers from Earl's Chevrolet, driving a wrecker, working in Colorado in a garage, driving a school bus, working at Chapman Knives and Saws, McDonnell Douglas, Brown Shoe Company and Carden Machine Shop starting in 1964 and retiring in 1990. Bud became an ordained minister in 1958 and pastored the Delhi Baptist Church. In 1974 he was called to pastor at the First Southern Baptist Church of Leasburg, Missouri until 1979. That same year, he became pastor of the Broadway Baptist Church in Vichy, Missouri until his retirement in 1990. Bud and Agnes joined the First Baptist Church in Steelville, Missouri but also ministered for two years. In 2007, Bud was called to interim pastor at the Courtois Baptist Church where he stayed until 2014, but returned again to pastor in 2015. He was a musician and enjoyed playing his guitar. Bud also enjoyed bowling for many years from Sullivan, Rolla, Cuba to Steelville. Robert Edward Lee Schoffstall Jr. Robert Edward Lee Schoffstall Jr. passed away at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis at the age of 16 days. He blessed us with his presence for a very short time and showed extreme courage and fortitude through all of his hospital procedures and surgeries. His personality was such that he knew specifically the touch of his parents. Cecelia Marie Veraguth Cecelia Marie Veraguth of St. James, Missouri was born on March 8, 1942 in San Jose, California to Baigo and Ruth Snider Colcchia and passed away on March 17, 2016 at the age of 74 years and 9 days. She was united in marriage to Walter Gene Veraguth on April 29, 1959 in Reno, Nevada. Cecelia was a native of California, where she grew up and attended school. She worked as a security guard for 25 years and also managed a laundry company. Cecelia and her husband Gene loved to travel and stop at local diners. They moved to St. James 12 years ago to be near their son, Kenneth, who worked at Country Mart for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Baigo and Ruth Snider Colcchia; one brother, Jack Colcchia; one sister, Ruth Sorento; and brother-in-law, Joseph Rego. She is survived by her husband, Walter Gene Veraguth of St. James, Missouri; one son, Kenneth Veraguth of St. James, Missouri; one grandson, Aaron Veraguth; other relatives and friends. "Hute" White of St. Clair, Missouri was born May 13, 1946 in Steelville, Missouri to Everett and Anna Mae (nee Martin) White and passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at the age of 69 years. Vernon worked as a Carpenter for the Carpenter's Union. He built houses and helped with the elevator system in the Arch. He was a member and served as a Chaplain for The American Legion Post 347 in St. Clair, Missouri. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and especially liked spending time with his granddaughter, Jaylynn. He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Anna Mae White; son, Jason White; two brothers, Tim White and Eddie White; and grandson, Dustin Morgan. Leroy Williamson Leroy Williamson of Springfield, Missouri, formerly of Sullivan, Missouri, was born at Sullivan, Missouri on September 1, 1921 to George R. and Myrtle I. (Bledsoe) Williamson and passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the age of 94 years. He had lived the majority of his life in the Sullivan, Missouri area and was a graduate of Sullivan High School. Leroy later received a Business Degree from the Rubicon Business College of St. Louis, Missouri. He honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII in Central Europe and Rhineland where he was awarded two Bronze Stars and then later during the Korean War he again served with the Army in Korea. He attained the rank of Master Sergeant. Leroy was employed at Paramount Headwear in Bourbon, Missouri as their Headquarters Office Manager and Corporate Secretary and had held this position over 50 years. Leroy enjoyed the outdoors and loved showing and hunting his Beagles. Also, in his younger days, he was a member of the Crawford County Coon Hunters Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Myrtle Williamson; two brothers, James "Bud" Williamson and Paul Williamson in his infancy; and two sisters, Phyllis Bennett and Ruth Bushman.
