She was raised in the Bourbon area and was a 1996 graduate of Bourbon High School and later obtained a license as a CNA. Andrea was employed for a time at the former Sullivan Nursing Center now Life Care of Sullivan, Missouri. In 2002, she moved to the Springfield, Missouri area and was a devoted mother and housewife. Andrea enjoyed scrapbooking and stamp collecting. She was also an avid follower of Facebook. Andrea was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church of Bourbon, Missouri. She is survived by her daughter, Laquayla Kerr of Springfield, Missouri; her father, Randy Bremer and wife Cathy of Bourbon, Missouri; her mother, Marlene Keck and husband Ron of the State of Florida; one sister, Athena Thacker and husband John of Bourbon, Missouri; two brothers, Justin Bouse and wife Melinda of Bourbon, Missouri and Marcus Bremer also of Bourbon, Missouri; grandmother, Alice Bremer of Bourbon; other relatives and friends. Lavondel "Vondel" Lee Callahan Lavondel "Vondel" Lee Callahan of Davisville, Missouri was born November 4, 1927 to Georgie Saxton and Blanche Rilla (Martin) Callahan and passed away Sunday, April 5, at the age of 87 years. On August 15, 1952 in Cuba, Missouri he married Zelma Turnbough. Vondel served his country honorably in the U.S. Army. He and Zelma lived in St. Louis, Missouri for many years where he worked at Magic Chef Stove Company until their closing and eventually moved to Davisville, Missouri. For several years, he farmed and raised pigs and cattle. Vondel could always quote much of the information from the Farmer's Almanac in which he lived by. He always enjoyed attending auctions in the area and would enjoy hunting in earlier days. Vondel was a faithful member of the Center Ridge Pentecostal Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Blanche Callahan; infant daughter, Judy Mae Callahan; brothers, Norman Callahan and wife Louella and Rainey Callahan; sister, Wilma Callahan; and brothers-in-law, James Callahan, Willard Turnbough, Jake Turnbough and Bill Turnbough; and sister-in-law, Wilma Turnbough and husband Riley. Thomas William "Tom" Farris Thomas William "Tom" Farris of Cuba, Missouri was born on June 6, 1959 in Cuba, Missouri and passed away Friday, April 10, 2015 at the age of 55 years. Tom worked many years as a carpet installer, before becoming disabled. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and enjoyed being a sports fan, golfing, fishing, bowling and spending time with his family and friends. Tabitha Henry Tabitha Henry of Cook Station, Missouri was born on Sunday, March 15, 1998 in Salem, Missouri to Frank and Carol Ann (Bedwell) Henry and passed away on Friday, April 3, 2015 at the age of 17 years and 19 days. Tabitha accepted the Lord at a young age and was a member of Winkler Baptist Church in Cook Station, Missouri. She had a passion and gift for art and applied it in drawing, sketching and sculpting. She was a member of the Steelville High School Art Club. She was compassionate and liked to make people laugh. She was a "boots and camouflage" girl and enjoyed hunting, particularly deer hunting. She had several nicknames that reflected her zest for life outdoors; one often used was "Tadpole." She loved animals and wanted to be a veterinarian. She loved her family and doing family activities such as picking blackberries with her grandmother and playing with her nieces and nephew. Donald Ferdinand Isaak Donald Ferdinand Isaak of Steelville, Missouri was born August 16, 1929 in Overland, Missouri to Nicholas Fred and Opal Marie (Hopkins) Isaak and passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the age of 85 years, 7 months and 22 days. On August 16, 1950 in St. John's, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Betty Lee Hardin and to this union three children were born. Don grew up in Overland, Missouri and served his country honorably in the U.S. Army in Korea from 1951-1953. Don attended Washington University and completed engineering training at Rankin in 1956. He worked at McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis, Missouri and retired to Steelville, Missouri in 1985. Don enjoyed farming and raising cattle and in his spare time liked to fish and hunt. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and loved to follow the MU Tigers. He was preceded in death by one son, Mark Donald Isaak; and brother, Harold "Bud" Isaak. Philbrook of Bourbon, Missouri was born at Decatur, Illinois on August 9, 1928 to Pearl L. and Pearly (Ellison) Guffey and passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the age of 86 years. She was raised in Brownstown, Illinois and attended school there. On December 14, 1947 Wanda was united in marriage to Charles Philbrook at St. Elmo, Illinois. In her younger years she was employed as a waitress and was a cleaning lady. In 1986, she and Charles moved to Sullivan, Missouri where Wanda worked in the housekeeping department of the Sullivan Hospital. Wanda was an avid birdwatcher and enjoyed cross-stitching. In her youth, Wanda was baptized and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pearl and Pearly Guffey; and a son-in-law, Larry Hadley. "Bud" Voigt of Cuba, Missouri was born May 20, 1924 at Maplewood, Missouri to Fred and Irma Voigt and passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at the age of 90 years. Bud retired in 1961 after serving 20 years in the United States Navy. While in the Navy Bud was a baker and he received the Korean Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal, Nation Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. Bud married Mary I. Hoover on October 20, 1951 and to this union two children were born. After retiring from the Navy Bud and Mary moved to Cuba, Missouri and Bud continued his career as a baker. He worked in a bakery at Herman, Missouri before owning his own bakery in Cuba, Missouri during the 1960's till the early 1970's. After selling the bakery Bud went to work as a baker in St. Louis, Missouri and then he worked in Sullivan, Missouri. At one point in Bud's baking career he worked for the Marriott Corporation in Florida, Michigan and at the Lake of the Ozarks. Bud put up his apron in 2008 and retired after nearly 77 years as a baker. Bud spent many years coaching T-ball, baseball and many other sports. He enjoyed playing golf, was on a bowling league in Florida and Missouri, he was an avid St. Louis Cardinals Baseball fan and he spent many years playing on the same baseball team with his son Mike. Bud was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cuba, Missouri. He was a former Deacon of the church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Imogene Voigt; son, Michael "Mike" Voigt; one brother, Clarence Voigt; one sister, Irma Voigt; son-in-law, Lee Rowe; and brother-in-law, Joe Ribaudo. Belma Louise Walker Belma Louise Walker was born February 13, 1934 near Summerfield Missouri to Silas Marvin and Elva Magnolia Grey Spencer and passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at the age of 81 years 1 month and 19 days. She was baptized early in life at the United Pentecostal Church in Rolla, Missouri. She later married Kenneth J. Rogers and they had six children. On April 8, 1974 she was reunited with her childhood friend Dennis Walker, who preceded her in death on December 1, 2003. Belma was a very caring person who loved to help people. She loved to care for people as a medical assistant for many years, healing the sick and helping make the journey home easier. Belma was always looking for a good buy and bought and sold items at her business, the Vichy Fleamarket. She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Silas Spencer; her mother, Elva Magnolia Grey; one infant son, Spencer Lee Rogers; and one sister, Delphia Stevenson. He was united in marriage to Alvina "Vini" Georgia Kiortses on September 17, 1955 in St. Louis, Missouri. He served his country in WWII in the Army. After the military he attended Watch and Radio school. Bill and his family moved to Rolla, Missouri from St. Louis, Missouri where they owned businesses in St. James and Rolla, Missouri. They owned the Continental Raceway, which eventually was changed to The Esquire Cue Club. They then moved The Esquire Cue Club to St. James, owned the Street Car Cafˇ, owned and operated The Country Kitchen restaurant for several years. Later they owned and operated. Vini's Kitchen in Rolla for five years. He never let hard work stop him. If something needed fixed or remodeled Bill took care of it. Bill with the help of his family remodeled the Lenox Cleaners Building in St. James, Missouri. In the process of remodeling it the front of the building fell off. Everyone told Bill it couldn't be fixed but Bill fixed it and operated it as the Country Kitchen Restaurant for over 15 years. Vini was the cook, Vickie and Pat were the waitresses and Rick was the dishwasher. Bill kept the building together. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alvina Vini Williams on January 19, 2008; parents, Elbert and Lucinda Williams; one brother, Francis Boyd Williams; and one sister, Mae Abbott. He is survived by one son, Rick Williams and his wife Joyce of Rolla, Missouri; two daughters, Vickie Vandiver of Rolla, Missouri and Pat Lewis and companion Randy Buehrlen of Rolla, Missouri; six grandchildren, Anthony and Nicholas Vandiver, Andy Lewis, Toby Buehrlen, Alex and Lucas Williams; two great grandchildren, Lilli Buehrlen and Malleri Lewis; other relatives and friends. Pearl Jean (Jeanie) Worley Pearl Jean (Jeanie) Worley of Cherryville, Missouri was born July 21, 1948 in Cherryville, Missouri to Wm. Calvin "Tad" and Georgia Pearl Worley and passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the age of 66 years, 8 months and 14 days. Jeanie received Jesus into her heart at a very early age. Jeanie loved music, especially gospel music. Over the years she would sing first with her entire family and then just with her sister, Janet, "The Worley Girls." She went to college at Cape Girardeau, Missouri where her roommates convinced her she should learn to play the guitar. She went out, bought the Stella and taught herself to play. When she returned to Cherryville, her skill with the guitar and her "pure" soprano/tenor voice would open doors for her to join local gospel groups. After Jeanie returned to the Cherryville area, she worked at Brown Shoe Company until it closed. Then she became a postal mail carrier until her health would no longer allow her to continue working. Jeanie loved sports. Anyone who knew Jeanie knew the "Cowboys" were her team. She loved hunting and fishing. She bought a gun and taught herself. No matter what the wildlife season, Jeanie had the tag. She did not let her disabilities keep her from hunting. Though she never married or had children of her own, she showered love and encouragement on many children along the years, calling them her own. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wm. and Georgia Worley; aunts, Lueretta and husband Herman Bilbrey, Juanita and husband Harold Land and Leota and husband Warren Evans; uncles, Orville S "Buster" Worley and wife Helen and Jerry Lee Hutson. Kenneth W. Zinn Kenneth W. Zinn was born on August 1, 1945 in Seattle, Washington to Charles and Dorothy Fern Zinn and passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2015, following a sudden illness at the age of 69 years. He served in the US Navy from 1968 to 1971. He received a Navy Unit Commendation Ribbon, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal with Device, Vietnam Service Medal with Bronze Star, and National Defense Service Medal. Later in life, he settled in Osage Beach, Missouri and he worked at the Lodge of Four Seasons. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Zinn; and his mother, Dorothy Fern Kawiecki.
