Bridgeman of Cuba, Missouri was born Monday, August 30, 1943 at Pea Ridge, Missouri to John and Ruth (nee Adair) Bridgeman and passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at the age of 74 years. Lawrence was as truck driver for many years before he became a heavy equipment operator. After retiring, Lawrence always grew a large garden. He enjoyed sharing his home-grown vegetables with his family and neighbors. He spent hours watching NCIS, Criminal Minds and all the other crime shows. When his health was good Lawrence loved going to church. To know Lawrence was to know that he drank coffee all day long.He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ruth Bridgeman; one sister, Lola Mae Holland; and three brothers, Wayne Bridgeman, Johnny and wife Teri Bridgeman and Carl Bridgeman. Patricia Sue Kinkead Patricia Sue Kinkead of Rolla, Missouri was born in Kansas City, Missouri to Richard and Clara Tiede Randles and passed away April 7, 2018 at the age of 64 years. Pat was raised on a farm in rural Springfield, Missouri. She attended school at Southwest Missouri State in Springfield, Missouri, obtaining dual degrees in Spanish and math. In early April 1976 she was united in marriage to John Alan Kinkead at her parents' home. Pat was a member of First Church of God in Salem, Missouri. She was a retired Missouri public school teacher, having served for 30+ years as a high school math and Spanish teacher, among other roles. Pat enjoyed researching family genealogy and was an avid reader of anything she could get her hands on. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard. She is survived by her husband, John of Rolla, Missouri; son, James; daughter-in-law, Suzanne; grandchildren, Ethan, Emily, and Erica of St. James, Missouri; daughter, Jennifer of Blue Springs, Missouri; mother, Clara; sisters, Janny, Jeannie and Cathy; other relatives and friends. Bob was employed at the Rolla Staples Store as the Electronics Supervisor for the past 18 years. Among his interests were walking and being an avid Cardinal Baseball fan. He attended the First Assembly of God in Rolla, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Rosa S eddon and Ernest and Dorothy Matthews; and uncle, Buren Matthews. Marquis (nee Licklider) of Albuquerque, New Mexico, formerly of Rosati, Missouri, was born to Carlyle and Emma Licklider and passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the age of 75 years. Carolyn was known for her caring nature and passion for her family. When healthy she never missed a ball game or school performance of her family and loved taking pictures of them. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlyle and Emma Licklider; and her husband, Richard Marquis. Shirley Jean Avery Miller Shirley Jean (Simmerly) Avery Miller of Bourbon, Missouri was born on July 14, 1930 to Charles Henry and Frieda (Wright) Simmerly and passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at the age of 87 years. She attended Bourbon schools while helping raise her siblings. In 1947, she met Kenneth T. Avery Sr., and they later eloped to Piggot, Arkansas and were married on July 24, 1948. Kenneth and Shirley were married 32 years and divorced in 1980. Shirley later married Clyde M. Miller in 1981. She always longed to return home to Bourbon, Missouri. Her last visit to Bourbon was for a party that her brother Garrell and his wife Alene arranged in her honor on October 17, 2015. She visited with family that she hadn't seen in years. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Barbara Tucker and husband Wayne and Deborah Tucker; her parents, Charles and Frieda Simmerly; three brothers, Robert, Vernon and Leo Simmerly; the father of her six children, Kenneth Avery Sr.; and her last husband, Clyde Miller. Moeckli Juanita S. Moeckli of Cuba, Missouri was born Tuesday, July 10, 1928 at Granite City, Illinois and passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at the age of 89 years. Juanita was united in marriage to Herbert A. Moeckli on April 22, 1948. Juanita graduated from the St. Luke's School of Nursing in 1949. She worked for the State Hospital, Children's Hospital before going to work for Dr. Fred Counts in Overland, Missouri. She worked for Dr. Counts for 21 years and after 30 plus years of nursing Juanita retired and then moved to the farm in Crawford County. After moving to the farm, Juanita raised cattle, worked in the garden and would build fence when needed. She was an excellent carpenter and she enjoyed roofing many barns and houses. During the winter Juanita spent hours quilting, reading and spending time with family. Juanita and Herbert traveled the entire United States and some neighboring countries. Juanita had been a member of the Cuba United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Speer and Fannie Bell Wood: husband, Herbert Moeckli; two sisters, Gladys and husband Jim Caulley and Erma and husband Jack Dudley; two brothers, George and wife Irene Wood and Jim and wife Ida Wood; and two sisters-in-law, Marilyn Morris and infant Evelyn Moeckli.She is survived by her sons, William Moeckli of Cuba, Missouri, Martin and wife Paula Moeckli of Edwardsville, Illinois and Richard Moeckli of St. Ann, Missouri; two granddaughters, Alyce and husband Brad Greene of St. Charles, Missouri and Leslye and husband Damion Pisciotta of O'Fallon, Missouri; four great grandchildren, Lily, Emma, Nicholas and Megan; one brother, David and wife Robin Wood of Oklahoma; other relatives and friends. Donald Emery Worthen Jr. Donald Emery Worthen Jr. of St. James, Missouri was born on July 6, 1958 in St. Louis, Missouri to Donald E. Worthen and Sallye DeBeaux Lemons and passed away on April 10, 2018 at the age of 59 years, 9 months and 4 days. He was united in marriage to Patricia Laverne Worthen on December 18, 1993 in Viburnum, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Worthen and Sallye Lemons; and one brother, Edwin Worthen.
