Clint was a logger early in his adult life and a farmer most of his life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, raising and trading horses. He spent time with his friends and loved his family dearly. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Wilma Jean Sellers; wife, Lavada Irene Abrams; sisters, Marie Hubbs and Erma Counts. Bryan of Bourbon, Missouri, was born at Bourbon, Missouri on October 24, 1933 to Harry Lee and Ruth Marie (Harmon) Weatherly and passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at the age of 78 years, five months and 20 days. Amelia was a life-long resident of the Bourbon area. She graduated from Bourbon High School and soon after was employed for a time with Crawford Electric doing light secretarial duties. On March 5, 1955, Amelia was united in marriage to Delbert Bryan and to this marriage two children were born. Amelia then devoted her life to her family and helped working on the family farm.  She was a private person, who was a stay-at-home mom who spent quality time with her husband and family.  She enjoyed flowers and flower gardening, making quilts and was especially fond of animals. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Ruth Weatherly; her husband, Delbert on April 3, 1990; an infant daughter, Susan Lee Bryan, who died at birth; a brother, James Weatherly and a sister and brother who were twins, who died in infancy. She is survived by a son, Daniel Bryan of Bourbon, Missouri; one daughter, Kathy Summers of Bourbon, Missouri; one sister; Carol Blanton and husband John of St. James, Missouri; four grandchildren, Howard Summers and wife Torie, Hattie Hutchings and husband, Gentry, Myra Swyers and husband Patrick, Susan Summer and husband Donnie Harmon; nine great grandchildren; one niece, Janine Williston and husband, Alan; other relatives and friends. James Vernon Dix James Vernon Dix was born January 18, 2012 in Collinsville, Illinois and passed away April 14, 2012 at his home in Viburnum, Missouri. James Vernon Dix was united in marriage to Patsy Marie Callahan and to this union one daughter was born. James was a member of Cherryville Baptist Church. He served in the United States Army and was in the Airborne Unit. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, camping, and fishing and was known for building his own boats. Kevin Earl Dunn Kevin Earl Dunn of Steelville, Missouri was born February 12, 1970 in Rolla, Missouri to Kenneth Elwood and Goldie Marie Stroup Dunn and passed away Saturday, April 14, 2012 at the age of 42 years. On July 25, 2009 at Meramec Springs Park, he was united in marriage to Marcia Buchanan. He was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Kevin loved floating and fishing and being outdoors. He also loved to cook and was good at it. Kevin was a very talented artist whether it was writing or drawings in ink. With his talents and knowledge, he was wise for his years and made him one of a kind. Melvin Enloe of Cuba, Missouri was born to James L. and Verona (Graham) Enloe on November 15, 1919 in Cuba, Missouri and passed away Friday, April 20, 2012 at Cuba Manor at the age of 92 years. Melvin was a farmer all of his life and served as the Assessor of Crawford County from 1950-1958. He honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was a former member of the Extension Council and Board member for the Crawford County R-2 School District. In his spare time he enjoyed spending time on his farm, being an avid hunter and gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Verona Enloe; first wife, Anna (Lea) Enloe; brother Virgil Enloe; nephew, Wayne King; niece, Dorris King. Debra worked for 30 years for the Dixon ZTR & Mowers Co. in Coffeyville, Kansas. She married Phillip Helms on December 2, 2000 in Salem, Missouri. She loved her church, The Evangelical Holiness Church of Cuba, Missouri. She enjoyed camping and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Junior Gene “Polly” Jones Junior Gene “Polly” Jones of St. James, Missouri was born in Cook Station, Missouri on September 2, 1929 to Henry and Lutie Mae (Michael) Jones and passed away Friday, April 20, 2012 at the Golden Living Center in St. James, Missouri at the age of 82 years. Junior Gene Jones was united in marriage to Miss Angie DiFiori on January 29, 1949 and to this union two children were born. Junior loved the outdoors and the boundless activities that living in this area offered, hunting, fishing and living off the land. Angie’s parents who immigrated to Missouri from Italy in the 1920s, planted a little three-acre vineyard and when they could no longer care for and harvest the grapes they turned it over to Junior and Angie, who for the last 24 years and have worked side-by-side harvesting the grapes and selling them in their road-side stand. Junior was a member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Lutie Jones; sisters, Mary Fortener and Mildred Michaels. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Angie Jones of the home; sons, Ronnie Jones of St. James, Missouri, Louis Jones and wife Sharon of Longview, Texas; sister, Edna Riley of St. Louis, Missouri; grandchildren, Cindy and Gina; great grandchildren, Braden, Axel, and Calley; other relatives and friends. Dean was united in marriage to Rebecca Laycock on October 20, 1957 in St. James, Missouri. Dean was in retail sales for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Lena Krewson and one brother, Gene Krewson. Gary Lee Plank Gary Lee Plank was born March 28, 1949 in Wesco, Missouri and passed away April 14, 2012 in Salem, Missouri at the age of 63 years. On May 21, 1969 Gary was united in marriage to Linda Faye Scott and to this marriage five children were born. Gary served in the United States Navy. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, collecting coins, knives and guns, loved animals and listening to the oldies. Gary retired from the Salem Memorial District Hospital as a paramedic, a career that he enjoyed, took pride in and which he has taught and passed on to many co-workers and friends. Gloria “Jean” Reeves Gloria “Jean” Reeves of Bourbon, Missouri was born December 22, 1948 at Washington, Missouri to John and Josephine (nee Chandler) Benfield and passed away Friday, April 20, 2012 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 63 years. Jean was united in marriage to David “Dave” Reeves on July 23, 1966 and to this union three children were born. Jean spent the last 12 years working for and volunteering at the Bourbon Elementary School and had spent 17 years before that working at Paramount. In her younger years she worked for Fashion Shoe in Sullivan, Missouri. Jean enjoyed reading, sewing (she made all of her daughters holiday dresses), crocheting, ceramics, flowers and watching the St. Louis Cardinals baseball games and reality TV. What she truly enjoyed was spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Josephine Benfield and other relatives and friends. Phyllis was first married to Thomas Wayne Stough who preceded her in death on January 31, 1988. On January 5, 1991, she married John C. Umlauf Sr. Phyllis had worked as a graduate studies assistant for Missouri S&T University retiring in 1990 with 30-plus years of service. She enjoyed playing bingo twice each week. She was a member of the Newburg Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, Karl and Ethel Grebl; her first husband, Thomas; three sisters, Betty Capek, Grace Keeling and Mary Ellen Grebl; and one grandson, Erik Shelton. She is survived by her husband, J.C.
