William Edward Bierschenk
William Edward Bierschenk, of Cook Station, passed away Thursday, May 15,
2003 at the Phelps County Regional Medical Center at the age of 84. He was
born July 24, 1918 to the late Henry Bierschenk and Bernadette Felchner in
Straunton, Illinois. In 1939 he married Cleo Alice Burkett and to this
union four children were born.
Mr. Bierschenk is survived by his wife, Cleo, of the home; three sons,
Joseph, of Hinsdale, Illinois, Bert and wife Donna of Clarendon Hills,
Illinois, and Edwin of Sebastian, Florida; one daughter, Nancy Wood and her
husband James of Darien, Illinois; four grandchildren, Joseph, Jr., Trent,
Sondra Gavan, and Christopher Wood, three great-grandchildren, and numerous
extended family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, William was preceded in death by four brothers,
Henry, Robert, Ray and Fred, and four sisters, Lucille, Marie, Clara, and
Edna.
William was a longtime member of the VFW, Eagles 3015, and Steelville
Country Club.
A visitation for family and friends was held at the Null & Son Funeral Home
in Rolla from 12-1:45 p.m. Monday, May 19.
Funeral Mass was held at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church at 2 p.m. with
Father I. C. Medina officiating.
All arrangements were under the direction of Null & Sons Funeral Home in
Rolla.
Rebecca Lynn Fuller
Rebecca Lynn Fuller of Cuba, Mo. was born on August 27, 1997 at Farmington,
Mo. to the union of Joseph Paul Fuller, Sr. and Connie Kay (Holly) Fuller
and passed away suddenly on May 13, 2003 at Rolla, Mo. at age of 5 years, 8
months and 16 days.
Those who survive to mourn her passing are her loving parents Joseph Paul
and Connie Kay Fuller; one brother, Joseph Paul Fuller, Jr.; two sisters,
Candace Lynn Holly and Ashley Nicole Qualls; grandparents, Marianna Weber
and husband Bill, Art Fuller and wife Mary and Betty and Don Tutor; aunts;
uncles; cousins; other relatives and friends.
Although she has passed from the form she was in, who she was will never
fade. She will always be special to them.
She brought her light and special essence to her family and will always be
remembered.
Rebecca Lynn Fuller was in state at the Britton Funeral Home of Cuba, Mo.
where funeral services were held on Saturday, May 17, 2003 at 10 a.m. with
Rev. Jerry Beers officiating. Interment was in the Holy Cross Cemetery,
Cuba, Mo. All arrangements were under the direction of the Britton Funeral
Home of Cuba, Mo.
